"Russle Content -State Farm? Never again. They respond very quickly when setting up your insurance, but after your policy is finalized, they do not respond if any problems arise. Even after paying your insurance in full without installments, they may send an additional charge three months later. When you point out that this shouldn’t happen, they respond, 'They put your original license date for your foreign DL, but it should have been the date we did the application. It was human error, and as you know, this can happen in any case.' They admit it was their mistake but still make you pay the extra fee caused by this error. And here’s something even more strange—when you discuss this additional charge with customer service and give them your policy number, they tell you that no such policy exists. Really funny, right? :)) Unfortunately, since I couldn’t resolve this issue and was so frustrated, I had to cancel my insurance and switch to another company. Just be cautious when making your choice."
