The State Farm policy covers roof replacement at 100%!! My current insurance does not. They use a depreciation scale (which means as my roof ages, they decrease the amount they will pay for roof replacement). That is so wrong!! If you have a total home loss your insurance company should pay 100% (after you pay the deductible). Don't wait. Go see Jule!!
